There is one teacher who has really stood out to me as someone who takes the time to care about her students. English and AVID teacher Randi Coffey has been one of the best teachers I have ever had. She helps her students in every way she can.
I had her for a little over half my freshman year. While I was there, she always showed kindness to each of her students. Now in my junior year, I have her as my AVID teacher. She helps her students complete their assignments for other classes, and she helps them to try and stay organized. If someone is having a hard time she is always open to listening and trying to help.
She is always kind to others as well. I haven’t experienced her being unfair or rude to her students. I’m glad that I have her as one of my teachers.
