Over the past weekend, the annual tradition of someone creating an Azle Prom page on Instagram has begun. Now that the time has come, ladies all around AHS are flustered finding their dresses.

Although prom is still three months away, when this mystery account is made every year, the ladies of Azle are reminded that prom is creeping up and they start feeling stress to get their dresses now.

Some places that are often gone to for dresses are Whatchamacallit, Macy’s, and other stores in the mall.

“I got my dress at Grapevine Mills mall at a store called Camille La Vie,” senior Skylar Collins said. “Surprisingly it didn’t take as long as I thought it would to find my dress; I found it the second weekend that I went. I got my dress early so I feel prepared and that way I have a lot of options to find the perfect dress for me.”

While girls are scurrying to get everything done with lots of time before prom is here, the boys, on the other hand, aren’t in a hurry and are questioning why girls are so stressed when they have plenty of time.

“I haven’t really thought about what I’m wearing to prom, but I know I’m going to match with whatever dress my girlfriend gets,” senior Easton Elrod said. “All I’ve thought about is what parties and Fort Worth entertainment I’ll be heading to afterward.”
