Lisa Helm is a teacher that will always try to help encourage her students to push themselves beyond their own limits. She helps me especially when I feel like I’m at my worst. She was the person who got me to speak to some of the people I have as friends to this day.

I have met a lot of people but not a lot of them have not gone out of their way to talk to me. It’s nice to have someone to talk to even when times are really tough. She gives good advice for whatever the occasion is.

All I can really say is thank you for putting up with me and for being there when I needed you to be. You taught me what I always wanted to do when I didn’t know I needed that push to actually do it.
