What to expect in 2021

2020 might have been a complete dumpster fire for some but also the best year for others. However, we can now celebrate that it is over. With a New Year brings a whole bunch of exciting new things.

Because of the setbacks in March and April of 2020 regarding Covid-19; Many movies that were pushed back plan to release this year. Minions: The Rise of Gru was delayed and now plans to release this July. “The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do” as well as “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” will be released in early June.

New Year, New Shows. The old 80s show, “Punky Brewster” has gotten a reboot with a modern twist. The reboot is supposed to air on the streaming platform “Peacock” on February, 23. The show WandaVision is set to release January 15 on Disney+ . That’s just the tip of the iceberg with new shows coming out this year.

New shows and movies aren’t the only thing to expect in 2021. New books are set to be released all throughout the year. “The Project” by Courtney Summers is a thriller that will take you on an adventure following a protagonist who tries to take down a sketchy organization. “The Project” is going to be released on February 2nd. The book “The Desolations of Devil’s Acre,” which is the last book in the “Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children” series. The book is planned to come out on February 23rd.

Many new albums and songs from all genres are planning to drop this year. The band “Foo Fighters” plans to release their album “Medicine at Midnight” on February 5th. The band “Why Don’t We” plans on dropping their album “The Good Times and the Bad Ones” on January 15th.
